Yes. If a physiotherapist provides home consultation services, you can select the Home Visit option while making your booking. The physiotherapist will visit your preferred location at the scheduled time, making treatment more convenient for elderly patients, post-operative patients, or anyone who has difficulty traveling.

Booking a session is simple. After selecting a physiotherapist, you can choose an available date and time slot that suits your schedule. Review the appointment details, confirm the booking, and complete the payment if required. If your booking qualifies for a refund or if you receive promotional credits from PhyzioHub, they will appear in your wallet and can be used toward future bookings.

If your booking is cancelled according to the cancellation policy or a physiotherapist is unable to provide the scheduled service, your refund will be processed automatically. Depending on your payment method, the refunded amount may be credited back to your original payment source or added to your PhyzioHub Wallet.
