Welcome to Phyzio Hub.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Phyzio Hub website, mobile application and related services.

Phyzio Hub is operated by Phyzio hub ("Phyzio Hub", "we", "us", or "our").

Phyzio Hub provides a technology platform that helps patients discover and connect with physiotherapists and enables physiotherapists to receive and manage service requests.

By registering, accessing or using Phyzio Hub, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

 


 

1. Nature of the Platform

Phyzio Hub is a technology platform that facilitates connections between patients and physiotherapists.

Phyzio Hub itself is not a hospital, clinic, physiotherapy practice or healthcare provider.

The physiotherapists listed on Phyzio Hub are independent professionals unless expressly stated otherwise.

The actual physiotherapy services are provided by the respective physiotherapist.

Phyzio Hub facilitates discovery, booking, communication, payment processing and related technology services but does not itself provide physiotherapy treatment.

 


 

2. Healthcare Disclaimer

Information available through Phyzio Hub is provided for general informational and service-facilitation purposes.

Phyzio Hub does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment or medical advice.

A physiotherapist is solely responsible for assessing the patient's condition and deciding the appropriate physiotherapy treatment, exercises, treatment plan and clinical approach.

You should not rely on information available on the platform as a substitute for professional medical advice.

If you experience a medical emergency or serious symptoms, contact an appropriate emergency medical service or healthcare professional immediately.

 


 

3. Physiotherapist Profiles

Physiotherapists may create professional profiles containing:

Phyzio Hub may verify professional information and documents submitted by physiotherapists.

However, users should independently evaluate the suitability of a physiotherapist for their requirements.

Physiotherapists are responsible for ensuring that all information provided by them is accurate, current and complete.

 


 

4. Patient Accounts

Patients may be required to register using their mobile number and OTP.

5. Physiotherapist Accounts

Physiotherapists must provide accurate professional information and valid supporting documentation.

A physiotherapist must not:

Phyzio Hub may suspend or terminate a physiotherapist account if information is inaccurate, documents cannot be verified, complaints are received, or the physiotherapist violates these Terms.

 


 

6. Booking Services

Patients may search for physiotherapists based on factors such as:

Availability displayed on the platform may change.

A booking is considered confirmed only after Phyzio Hub provides confirmation through the application, website, SMS, WhatsApp, email or other applicable communication channel.

 


 

7. Home Physiotherapy Visits

Where a physiotherapist offers home visits, the patient must provide accurate appointment and location information.

Patients should ensure that the location is reasonably accessible and safe for the physiotherapist.

Phyzio Hub may not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, incorrect addresses, access restrictions, emergencies or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

 


 

8. Session OTP

Phyzio Hub may use an OTP-based session verification system.

The session OTP may be used to verify that the scheduled physiotherapy session has commenced.

Patients must not share the session OTP before the physiotherapist arrives and the session is ready to begin.

Physiotherapists must not request or record an OTP for a session that has not actually occurred.

Fraudulent use of session OTPs may result in account suspension or termination.

 


 

9. Treatment and Recovery Information

Where supported by the platform, physiotherapists may record treatment notes, exercise plans, session information and recovery progress.

Patients are responsible for providing accurate information about their health and requirements.

Physiotherapists remain responsible for the clinical content and treatment decisions they provide.

Phyzio Hub is a technology platform and does not guarantee any particular treatment result, recovery period or health outcome.

 


 

10. Payments

Payments for services may be processed through third-party payment gateways.

Available payment methods may include:

Payment processing may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider.

Phyzio Hub may charge platform fees, service fees or other applicable charges where disclosed before the transaction.

 


 

11. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled subject to the applicable cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.

Refund eligibility may depend on:

Where a refund is approved, the refund may be processed to the original payment method or, where applicable, credited to the Phyzio Hub wallet.

12. Wallet and Promotional Credits

Wallet balances cannot necessarily be exchanged for cash unless expressly permitted by Phyzio Hub.

 


 

13. Fees and Physiotherapist Payouts

Physiotherapists may receive payments for eligible completed sessions.

Phyzio Hub may deduct applicable platform charges, taxes, payment processing charges or other disclosed fees before payout.

Payout timing may vary depending on verification, payment processing and the applicable payout policy.

Phyzio Hub may temporarily hold or delay payouts where necessary to investigate disputes, fraud, chargebacks or other irregularities.

 


 

14. Reviews and Ratings

Patients may submit ratings and reviews after receiving services.

Reviews must:

Users must not offer or accept payment or incentives in exchange for fake or misleading reviews.

 


 

15. User Conduct

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit any part of the platform without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

 


 

18. Third-Party Services

Phyzio Hub may integrate with third-party services including payment providers, communication providers, mapping services, cloud infrastructure and analytics services.

Such services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

Phyzio Hub is not responsible for failures caused exclusively by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phyzio Hub, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses arising from:

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the place where Phyzio hub has its registered office.
