Welcome to Phyzio Hub.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Phyzio Hub website, mobile application and related services.
Phyzio Hub is operated by Phyzio hub ("Phyzio Hub", "we", "us", or "our").
Phyzio Hub provides a technology platform that helps patients discover and connect with physiotherapists and enables physiotherapists to receive and manage service requests.
By registering, accessing or using Phyzio Hub, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Nature of the Platform
Phyzio Hub is a technology platform that facilitates connections between patients and physiotherapists.
Phyzio Hub itself is not a hospital, clinic, physiotherapy practice or healthcare provider.
The physiotherapists listed on Phyzio Hub are independent professionals unless expressly stated otherwise.
The actual physiotherapy services are provided by the respective physiotherapist.
Phyzio Hub facilitates discovery, booking, communication, payment processing and related technology services but does not itself provide physiotherapy treatment.
2. Healthcare Disclaimer
Information available through Phyzio Hub is provided for general informational and service-facilitation purposes.
Phyzio Hub does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment or medical advice.
A physiotherapist is solely responsible for assessing the patient's condition and deciding the appropriate physiotherapy treatment, exercises, treatment plan and clinical approach.
You should not rely on information available on the platform as a substitute for professional medical advice.
If you experience a medical emergency or serious symptoms, contact an appropriate emergency medical service or healthcare professional immediately.
